Quick and easy caramel popcorn banana cream dessert with a hint of sea salt.
Ingredients:
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1/2 x 460g packet double unfilled sponge cake
  • 125.00 ml caramel spread
  • 1.20 gm sea salt
  • 252.50 gm thickened cream, whipped
  • 375.00 ml caramel popcorn
Instructions:
  • Cut the sponge cake into bite-sized 2cm pieces, then evenly distribute them among four 1 1/2-cup-capacity jars or glasses.
  • In a bowl, mix caramel with salt. Spoon the caramel mixture over the sponge in jars or glasses. Layer with banana slices, cream, and popcorn. Enjoy!
