Cadbury chocolate dipped salted caramel popcorn clusters

Irresistible chocolate clusters perfect for entertaining or cozy nights in. Be careful with the toffee and make single batches for easy prep.
Ingredients:
  • 62.50 ml popping corn, prepared as per packet directions with no salt
  • 250.00 ml toasted chopped macadamia nuts
  • 2.40 gm salt flakes
  • 225.00 gm sugar
  • 225g Milk Chocolate Melts
Instructions:
  • Combine the popcorn, nuts, and salt in a large bowl, mixing them together. Then, line a baking tray with baking paper.
  • In a saucepan, heat sugar over medium-high heat without stirring for 2 minutes until it begins to melt. Stir occasionally for 2-3 minutes until deep golden. Remove from heat and mix into popcorn, ensuring an even coating. Use 2 metal spoons to shape popcorn clusters on a lined tray. Let it cool and set.
  • Gently melt two thirds of the chocolate in a bowl over simmering water. Remove from heat, add remaining chocolate, and stir until smooth. Let it cool slightly. Dip the base of each cluster in chocolate, return to tray to set, and store in an airtight container until needed.
