Decadent Cadbury chocolate and vanilla swirl cheesecake.
Ingredients:
  • 312.50 ml sweet biscuit crumbs
  • 80g butter, melted
  • 500g Block Cream Cheese, chopped and softened
  • 161.25 gm caster sugar
  • 9.00 gm gelatine, dissolved in 1/4 cup boiling water
  • 8.80 gm vanilla extract
  • 252.50 gm thickened cream, lightly whipped
  • 100g Milk Baking Chocolate, melted and cooled slightly
  • Chocolate curls, to decorate
Instructions:
  • Mix the biscuit crumbs with melted butter until well combined. Firmly press the mixture onto the base of a lightly greased 20 cm springform pan. Refrigerate until set.
  • Using an electric mixer, blend the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the gelatin mixture and vanilla, mixing until combined, and then gently fold in the cream.
  • Pour half of the mixture over the prepared base, then gently fold in the melted chocolate into the rest of the mixture.
  • Gently pour over the vanilla mixture and swirl with a spoon to combine.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours or overnight. Serve the sliced dessert garnished with delicate chocolate curls.
