Indulgent ice cream sundae topped with Cadbury chocolate and gooey marshmallows - a crowd-pleasing treat!
Ingredients:
  • 2 litres Chocolate Ice Cream, softened slightly
  • 250.00 ml Marshmallows, roughly chopped
  • 200g Dairy Milk Rocky Road, roughly chopped
  • 100g Dark or Milk Cooking Chocolate, chopped
  • 126.25 gm cream
Instructions:
  • Combine the ice cream, marshmallows, and Cadbury Rocky Road chocolate with a delicate folding motion.
  • Transfer the mixture into a 20 x 20 x 4cm baking dish. Cover and freeze until solid.
  • Combine dark chocolate and cream in a glass bowl set over simmering water, ensuring the bowl doesn't touch the water. Stir until melted, then let it cool.
  • Serve by elegantly scooping the velvety ice cream into individual bowls and artfully drizzling with luscious chocolate sauce. Enjoy immediately.
