Salted jersey caramel popcorn

Addictive sweet popcorn with jersey caramels and sea salt. Proceed with caution.
Ingredients:
  • 82.50 ml popping corn
  • 2 x 225g packets jersey caramels
  • 41.20 gm milk
  • 1.20 gm sea salt flakes
Instructions:
  • Prepare the popcorn as per the packet instructions. Transfer the popped corn to a large bowl, ensuring to remove any unpopped kernels. Allow the popcorn to cool completely.
  • Prepare a large baking tray by lining it with parchment paper.
  • Cut 1/4 of the jersey caramels into quarters and set aside. Then, place the rest of the jersey caramels in a saucepan, add milk, and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes or until melted and smooth.
  • Drizzle caramel onto the popcorn and thoroughly mix to coat. Lay the coated popcorn on a baking sheet. Place jersey caramel quarters on top and sprinkle with salt. Allow to cool completely.
  • Crush the popcorn for easy snacking. Enjoy!
