Elevate classic British meringues with dark chocolate, fresh strawberries, and decadent salted caramel sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 100g dark chocolate, grated
  • 300ml thickened cream, whipped
  • 100g pkt mini meringues
  • 250g strawberries, hulled, chopped
  • 160ml (2/3 cup) salted caramel sauce
Instructions:
  • Divide the chocolate evenly among the four 250ml (1 cup) serving glasses. Create layers of cream, meringues, strawberries, and the rest of the chocolate in each glass.
  • Serve immediately by generously drizzling with salted caramel sauce.
