Quick and creamy apple pie spice topping, perfect for fall desserts.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup caramel topping
  • 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon apple pie spice
  • Additional caramel ice cream topping, if desired
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to whip the cream on medium speed for about 1 minute until slightly thickened, then switch to high speed until soft peaks form.
  • Add the 1/4 cup caramel topping, brown sugar, and apple pie spice gradually while beating until well blended and stiff peaks form. Remember to scrape the bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve and top it off with more caramel topping for garnish.
