Caramel-Coffee Fondue

Indulge in a delightful fruity pound cake fondue for a fun and delicious treat that everyone will love!
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee crystals
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 bag (14 oz) caramels, unwrapped
  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans
  • 2 apples (1 Braeburn, 1 Granny Smith), cut into 1/2-inch slices
  • 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 package (16-oz size) pound cake, cut into 1-inch cubes (about 4 cups)
Instructions:
  • Heat up water in a 2-quart nonstick saucepan until hot, then dissolve coffee crystals in the water.
  • Combine milk, caramels, and pecans with coffee in a saucepan. Heat over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until caramels are melted and mixture is hot. Transfer the luscious mixture to a fondue pot to keep warm and delightful.
  • Assemble apples, pineapple, and cake attractively on a platter. Serve with skewers or fondue forks for easy dipping into the fondue.
