Savory rye loaf packed with thyme-infused carrots and cornmeal.
Ingredients:
  • 2.5 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 1 cup rye flour
  • 2.25 cups bread flour
  • 0.5 cup cornmeal
  • 1.5 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1.5 tablespoons dried thyme
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups grated carrots
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions:
  • Add the ingredients into the bread machine pan following the manufacturer's instructions. Choose Basic Bread setting and press Start.
  • Let the bread rest until it reaches room temperature before cutting into it.
