Creamy, vegan cashew-tahini "cheese" enhances any sandwich or wrap.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups unsalted roasted cashews
  • 0.25 cup almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground white pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1.5 cloves garlic, peeled
Instructions:
  • Combine cashews, oil, and sugar in a food processor or blender; blend until smooth. Incorporate almond milk, tahini, onion powder, salt, garlic powder, and white pepper; blend until combined. Introduce red bell pepper, lemon juice, and garlic; blend until creamy.
