Moist and tangy banana bread enhanced by creamy sour cream.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup mashed bananas
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 0.25 cup margarine
  • 1.3333300352097 cups white sugar
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a cozy 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and prepare your baking pan(s) by greasing and flouring them.
  • Mix together banana and sour cream. In a large bowl, blend margarine and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla and banana mixture. Fold in flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Pour batter into prepared pan or pans evenly.
  • Bake in a preheated oven for 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
