Vegan-friendly peach smoothie.
Ingredients:
  • 1 chamomile tea bag
  • 125ml soy milk
  • 1 peach, skinned, stone removed
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1-2 tsp wheatgerm (optional)
Instructions:
  • In a cup, infuse a teabag with 1/3 cup (80ml) boiling water. Once cooled, discard the teabag and combine the brewed tea with the rest of the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
