Chamomile and ginger punch

Sip on a revitalizing chamomile and ginger punch for a refreshing treat.
Ingredients:
  • 5 chamomile tea bags
  • 3cm piece fresh ginger, peeled, thinly sliced
  • 1L (4 cups) boiling water
  • 1L (4 cups) ginger beer
  • 500ml (2 cups) grape juice
  • 1 lemon, halved lengthways, thinly sliced
  • 2 450g cans crushed pineapple in natural juices, undrained
  • 62.50 ml torn fresh mint leaves
  • Crushed ice, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a large heatproof jug or bowl, combine the tea bags and ginger with boiling water. Let it infuse for 15 minutes. Strain the tea into an airtight container, cover, and refrigerate for 1 hour to chill.
  • Pour the chilled liquid into a large serving bowl. Add ginger beer, grape juice, lemon slices, undrained pineapple, and mint leaves. Stir well and serve the punch over crushed ice.
