Elegant sparkling cocktail infused with fresh strawberries.
Ingredients:
  • 1 x 200ml bottle Angostura bitters
  • 500g strawberries, hulled, halved
  • 6 x 750ml bottles champagne, chilled
Instructions:
  • Add a few drops of Angostura bitters to the bottom of each of the 20 champagne flutes.
  • Add a luscious half strawberry to each glass, pour in the bubbly champagne, and elegantly serve.
