Celebrate New Year with Champagne cocktails featuring passionfruit sorbet.
Ingredients:
  • 1 litre frozen passionfruit sorbet (we used Weiss Frutia)
  • 750ml sparkling white wine, chilled
Instructions:
  • In a blender, combine half of the sorbet with half of the sparkling wine until smooth. Divide the mixture into 4 chilled glasses.
  • Fill 4 more glasses with remaining sorbet and sparkling wine, then serve.
