Master the art of making delicious and versatile pesto with ease!
Ingredients:
  • 187.50 ml chargrilled red capsicum
  • 82.50 ml dry-roasted cashew nuts
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 40.00 ml fresh oregano leaves
  • 36.40 gm olive oil
  • 82.50 ml finely grated parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • Blend capsicum, cashews, garlic, and oregano until almost smooth, scraping down sides as needed.
  • While the motor is running, gradually pour the oil to combine smoothly. Process until well blended.
  • Transfer to a bowl and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Season with a pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper. Mix well to combine all the flavors.
