Fish: Protein-packed and a healthy family favorite.
Ingredients:
  • 4 (150g each) swordfish steaks
  • 9.20 gm olive oil
  • Crusty bread, to serve
  • 40.00 ml drained baby capers, roughly chopped
  • 20.00 ml finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
  • 10.50 gm lemon juice
  • 27.30 gm olive oil
Instructions:
  • Create a zesty caper salsa by mixing capers, fresh parsley, tangy lemon juice, and olive oil in a bowl.
  • Preheat the barbecue chargrill over medium heat. Brush the fish with oil on both sides. Grill for 4 to 5 minutes per side until cooked through. Place in a glass or ceramic dish and garnish with salsa. Cover and let it rest for 5 minutes. Serve with bread.
