Delicious chargrilled tuna with crunchy salad, honey balsamic dressing. Perfect for lunch or dinner.
Ingredients:
  • 600g tuna steaks or tuna loin
  • 1 head radicchio, thinly sliced lengthways
  • 100g radishes, sliced into matchsticks
  • 1 punnet bean shoots
  • 169.60 gm balsamic honey and mustard dressing
Instructions:
  • Preheat a non-stick frying pan until it sizzles, sear the tuna for 3 minutes on each side, then transfer to a plate. Serve the tuna pink in the middle.
  • Place the tuna on the plate, cover with the salad mixture, and generously drizzle with balsamic honey and mustard dressing. Let it sit for 5 minutes to enhance the flavors before serving.
