Whip up a quick Aussie Christmas pavlova using Coles vanilla meringue wreath, ready in just 15 minutes. Top with cream and fruits for a cheat's pavlova without baking. Also, try easy mango fro-yo and make-ahead banoffee trifles for stress-free Christmas desserts.
Ingredients:
  • 300ml thickened cream
  • 1 Madagascan Vanilla Meringue Wreath
  • 125g punnet raspberries
  • 250g punnet strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 mango, peeled, thinly sliced
  • Pulp of 2-3 passionfruit
Instructions:
  • Whip the cream with an electric mixer until soft peaks appear.
  • Gently place the wreath on a serving plate. Spoon cream on top, then layer berries and mango over the cream. Finish with a drizzle of passionfruit. Serve promptly.
