Cheat's banana and mango ice-cream

Seasonal fruit sorbet - a refreshing sugar-free summer treat.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (large, very ripe) bananas, peeled, cut into chunks
  • 1 (large) mango, peeled, deseeded, chopped
  • Ice cream cones, to serve (optional)
Instructions:
  • Arrange the banana and mango slices on a baking tray, then freeze for 4-5 hours until firm.
  • In a food processor, blend banana until smooth. Add mango and blend until creamy and pale yellow. Transfer mixture to a large piping bag with a 1.5cm star nozzle. Pipe into cones for immediate serving, or freeze in a covered metal pan for a delicious treat later on.
