Quick and impressive cheat's banoffee pie dessert. Ready in a flash!
Ingredients:
  • 260g Tim Tams
  • 50g butter, melted
  • 380g can caramel
  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 600ml double cream
  • 2 banana, peeled, sliced
  • Chocolate sauce, to serve
  • Caramel sauce, to serve
Instructions:
  • Pulse biscuits in a food processor until they form fine crumbs. Add butter and process until combined. Use damp hands to press the mixture into a 5cm-deep, 19cm pie plate to line the base and sides. Chill in the fridge.
  • In a small saucepan, boil the caramel while stirring constantly. Remove from heat, add the chocolate, and whisk until smooth. Pour the mixture into the pie crust, smooth the top, and chill in the fridge for 2 hours.
  • In a bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form using a balloon whisk. Top the pie with sliced banana and the whipped cream. Drizzle with chocolate and caramel sauces. Serve promptly for the best taste.
