Elevate your party with spicy green chile and Mexican rice quesadillas, topped with guac, sour cream, and cilantro.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (5.4 ounce) package Knorr® Fiesta Sides™ - Mexican Rice
  • 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chiles, drained
  • 1 tablespoon I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread
  • 10 (6 inch) flour tortillas
  • 1.25 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Instructions:
  • Prepare the oven's broiler.
  • In a medium saucepan, bring water, rice, chiles, and spread to a boil. Simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, until rice is tender, about 10 minutes. Allow to stand for 10 minutes before serving.
  • On a baking sheet, lay out 5 tortillas. Spread rice mixture on each, add a sprinkle of cheese, and top with another tortilla.
  • Broil until tortillas are golden and cheese is gooey, flipping once.
  • Cut the quesadilla into 4 wedges for a visually appealing presentation.
