Create the ultimate veggie-loaded sandwich.
Ingredients:
  • 4 hoagie buns
  • 1/2 cup hummus (from 7-ounce container)
  • 4 slices (1 ounce each) Cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices (1 ounce each) Swiss cheese
  • 1 medium cucumber, cut into 16 slices
  • 1 medium tomato, cut into 4 slices
  • 4 thin slices red onion, if desired
Instructions:
  • Slice buns in half and generously spread hummus on the bottom half of each.
  • Stuff buns with a delectable mix of cheeses, crisp cucumber, ripe tomato, and zesty onion.
