Elevate your next party with this irresistible Cheese Ball recipe. Made with cream cheese, cheddar, and simple ingredients. Serve with crackers and enjoy the compliments!
Ingredients:
  • 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup crumbled blue, Gorgonzola or feta cheese (4 oz)
  • 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (4 oz)
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped (1/4 cup)
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Assorted crackers, if desired
Instructions:
  • Soften cheeses at room temperature for about 30 minutes in a medium bowl. Mix in onion and Worcestershire sauce with an electric mixer on low speed until combined. Increase speed to medium and beat for 1 to 2 minutes until fluffy, scraping the bowl often. Refrigerate the mixture for at least 8 hours until firm, then shape into a ball before serving.
  • Form the cheese mixture into a single large ball, coat it in fresh parsley, and place it on a serving plate. Chill for approximately 2 hours until firm. Serve alongside crackers.
