Indulge in a decadent dessert with a delightful combination of ice cream, cheesecake, and chocolate - pure deliciousness!
Ingredients:
  • 250g cream cheese, softened
  • 70.95 gm caster sugar
  • 2.20 gm vanilla extract
  • 126.25 gm thickened cream
  • 100g Toblerone chocolate, chopped
  • 1.25L vanilla ice-cream, softened
Instructions:
  • With an electric mixer, blend cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until silky. Slowly incorporate cream while beating until fully mixed.
  • Gently mix the cream cheese mixture and chopped Toblerone into the softened ice cream. Transfer the mixture to an airtight container and freeze for 4 to 5 hours until firm. Serve and enjoy!
