Cheesy Broccoli-Potato Soup

Quick and satisfying chicken and broccoli cheese soup with creamy potatoes. Ready in minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 1 carton (32 oz) Progresso™ chicken broth
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 1 bag (12 oz) frozen chopped broccoli
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 1/3 cups Betty Crocker™ mashed potatoes
  • 2 cups chopped cooked chicken
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese (4 oz)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
  • In a 3-quart saucepan, bring the broth, onion, and frozen broccoli to a boil. Lower the heat, cover, and let it simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Mix the milk and dried potatoes until fully combined, then add in the rest of the ingredients.
  • Gently heat for approximately 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cheese is melted and the mixture is hot.
