Creamy pasta bake with melty cheese for a delicious twist.
Ingredients:
  • 250g dried fusilli pasta
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 3 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 300ml Cooking Cream
  • 250.00 ml reduced-fat grated pizza cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Boil pasta in salted water as per packet instructions until tender. Drain and return to pan.
  • Combine the garlic, eggs, cream, and half of the cheese. Mix well, then transfer the mixture to a 6 cup-capacity baking dish. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden on top. Enjoy!
