Elevate your salad with our easy blue cheese dressing recipe using frozen blue cheese for maximum flavor in each spoonful!
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 0.75 cup buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon white sugar
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper, or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 ounces frozen blue cheese, grated
Instructions:
  • Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, and buttermilk in a bowl. Mix in garlic, black pepper, dry mustard, salt, sugar, cayenne, and Worcestershire sauce until well blended.
  • Gradually fold in the grated blue cheese into the cream base, ensuring a smooth and clump-free mixture.
  • Chill the bowl with plastic wrap in the fridge for a minimum of 3 hours, or better yet, overnight to deepen the flavors.
