Easy and no-fuss pourable pizza dough for effortless thin-crust pizza.
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast (2 1/4 teaspoons)
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 cups warm water (105 degrees F/41 degrees C)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, plus more to oil pan
  • 1.5 teaspoons honey
  • Pizza sauce
  • Favorite pizza toppings
Instructions:
  • Combine flour, dry yeast, and salt in a mixing bowl. Pour in warm water, olive oil, and honey. Whisk vigorously for 5 minutes until a thin batter-like dough forms. Allow the mixture to rise, covered, for 1 1/2 hours until bubbly. Gently stir with a ladle to remove any bubbles.
  • Coat a cast-iron skillet generously with olive oil. Transfer the batter into a squeeze bottle or a zip-top bag with a snipped corner. Drizzle the batter into the skillet from the center, moving outwards in a circular motion. Be careful not to mix the batter with the oil. If any small oil bubbles form on the surface, gently stir them into the dough using a paring knife.
  • Heat pan over medium-high heat. Cook the batter until bubbles form all over the top and the crust begins to dry slightly. Flip and cook until the bubbly top is dry and golden brown, and the bottom is well browned, approximately 4 to 5 minutes per side. Cooking times may vary depending on the batter thickness. Remove from heat.
  • Evenly spread the pizza sauce and generously add your favorite toppings, being mindful not to overload.
  • Position the oven rack 6 inches below the heat source and preheat the broiler.
  • Broil the pizza until the toppings are cooked, for 3 to 4 minutes.
