Spice up your turkey burger with garlic, ginger, cilantro, and lemon juice for a flavorful and healthy twist.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 pounds ground turkey
  • 1.5 tablespoons plain bread crumbs
  • 1.5 tablespoons ground almonds
  • 1 teaspoon chile paste
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed and minced
  • 1.5 teaspoons finely grated fresh ginger
  • 1.5 teaspoons salt
  • 1.5 teaspoons garam masala
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions:
  • Mix together ground turkey, breadcrumbs, almonds, chili paste, garlic, ginger, salt, garam masala, lemon juice, yogurt, and cilantro until well combined using a spatula or your hands.
  • Divide the ground turkey mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each into a ball. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Use damp hands to shape each portion into a patty.
  • Preheat the grill to medium heat. Chill turkey burger patties until the grill is ready. Grill the patties until cooked halfway up, approximately 4 to 5 minutes per side. The burger is ready when the surface cracks and juices begin to rise.
