Try my amazing Greek yogurt and garlic sauce, perfect for any dish. Pair it with homemade pita bread for a fantastic snack. Enjoy the flavors!
Ingredients:
  • 1 large English cucumber, peeled and grated
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper, or to taste
  • 0.5 lemon, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
  • 1 sprig fresh dill for garnish
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper for garnish
Instructions:
  • Season grated cucumber with a touch of salt in a bowl and allow it to sit for 10 to 15 minutes to release its natural juices.
  • In a separate bowl, combine yogurt. Squeeze excess moisture from the cucumber using a paper towel. Mix squeezed cucumber into the yogurt. Add garlic, cayenne pepper, and lemon juice; combine well.
  • Mix fresh dill and mint into the yogurt-cucumber blend; season generously with salt and black pepper, adjusting to your taste preferences.
  • Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours, or ideally overnight. Present in a serving bowl and adorn with a fresh dill sprig and a dash of vibrant cayenne pepper for a pop of color.
