Quick and easy festive snack mix with just 5 ingredients, ready in 15 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 6 cups Rice Chex™ cereal
  • 1 cup white vanilla baking chips (8 oz)
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips
  • 1 cup M&M's® chocolate candies red and green
  • 1 cup dry-roasted peanuts
Instructions:
  • Prepare 2 cookie sheets with foil or waxed paper. Combine 3 cups cereal in a large bowl. Microwave white vanilla baking chips in a small microwavable bowl on High for about 1 minute or until smooth, then pour over cereal. Stir well to coat evenly. Spread the mixture in a single layer on one of the prepared cookie sheets. Chill in the refrigerator for 5 minutes until set.
  • Mix the remaining cereal with the peanut butter chips, then chill for 5 minutes or until firm.
  • Break apart the coated cereal into a large bowl with care. Mix in the candy and peanuts, gently stirring to combine. Transfer the mix to an airtight container for storage.
