Chex™ Chocolate Malt-Cherry Mix

Indulgent no-bake cherry chocolate malt crunch bites.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups Corn Chex™ cereal
  • 2 cups Rice Chex™ cereal
  • 2 cups Wheat Chex™ cereal
  • 1 cup dry-roasted peanuts
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 1 cup natural-flavor malted milk powder
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1 1/2 cups coarsely chopped malted milk balls
  • 1/2 cup dried cherries, chopped
Instructions:
  • Combine the cereals and peanuts in a spacious bowl.
  • Microwave chocolate chips and butter in a 1-quart microwave-safe bowl on High for 1 minute, then stir. Continue microwaving for 30 seconds more or until mixture is smooth when stirred. Pour over cereal mixture and stir until evenly coated.
  • Slowly incorporate malted milk powder until everything is well coated. Add in the rest of the ingredients. Spread the mixture on waxed paper to cool. Store in a sealed container to maintain freshness.
