Elevate meals with this refreshing chicken, mango, and creamy avocado spring salad.
Ingredients:
  • 22.00 gm sweet chilli sauce
  • 9.20 gm vegetable oil
  • 12.20 gm fish sauce
  • 1/2 large barbecue chicken, skin and bones removed, meat shredded
  • 1 medium avocado, sliced
  • 1 mango, peeled, sliced
  • 62.50 ml fresh mint leaves
  • 62.50 ml fresh coriander leaves
  • 100g mixed Asian salad leaves
Instructions:
  • Mix together the sweet chili sauce, oil, and fish sauce in a small bowl.
  • In a large bowl, gently mix together chicken, avocado, mango, mint, coriander, and salad leaves. Drizzle with sweet chili mixture and toss to coat. Serve and enjoy!
