Effortless and satisfying chicken drumstick dinner.
Ingredients:
  • 12 chicken drumsticks
  • 2 leeks, sliced, washed
  • 4 rashers bacon, roughly chopped
  • 420g can cream of chicken soup
  • 126.25 gm light thickened cream
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 180°C, then nestle the chicken into a spacious oven-safe casserole dish.
  • In a frying pan over medium-high heat, sauté the leek and bacon in heated oil for 3 to 4 minutes until the leek is tender.
  • Combine the soup and cream in a saucepan and bring to a boil while stirring. Pour the mixture over the chicken and bake it uncovered for 45 to 55 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked. Serve and enjoy!
