Ingredients:
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1.5 pounds chicken breast tenderloins or strips
  • 1 pint heavy cream
Instructions:
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter until sizzling. Season chicken tenders with salt and pepper, then sauté them in the butter until golden on all sides, approximately 10 minutes. Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter, reduce heat to medium, and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
  • Simmer heavy cream in the skillet for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens and the chicken is fully cooked and reaches 165°F (74°C) using a thermometer.
