Elevate your party with these delectable chicken sandwiches!
Ingredients:
  • 1 barbecue chicken, skin and bones removed, coarsely shredded
  • 235g mayonnaise
  • 23.40 gm Dijon mustard
  • 21.00 gm lemon juice
  • 4 celery sticks, finely chopped
  • 65g almond
  • 82.50 ml finely chopped fresh tarragon
  • 1 loaf sliced wholemeal sandwich bread
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, mix together the chicken, mayonnaise, mustard, and lemon juice. Add in the celery, almonds, and tarragon. Gently stir until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Lay out half of the bread slices on a clean surface. Divide the chicken mixture evenly among the slices. Top with the remaining slices to make sandwiches. Trim the crusts off with a serrated knife. Cut each sandwich into thirds lengthwise. Arrange on a platter and serve.
