Irresistible noodle cakes topped with healthy chicken, sprouts, and herbs - a crowd favorite!
Ingredients:
  • 2 x 85g pkts 2 Minute noodles
  • 125ml milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 40g plain flour
  • 36.80 gm oil
  • 1/2 bought roast chicken
  • 250g pkt bean sprouts
  • 24.40 gm oyster sauce
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • 250.00 ml fresh coriander leaves
Instructions:
  • Pour boiling water over the noodles in a heatproof bowl. Let sit for 2 minutes, then drain and return to the bowl. Combine milk, eggs, and flour, then mix into the noodles.
  • Place 1 tablespoon of oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Cook 1/4 cup portions of the noodle mixture in batches for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  • After shredding the chicken, heat the remaining oil in a non-stick frying pan over high heat. Sauté garlic for 1 minute, then add bean sprouts and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and mix in oyster sauce. Season with pepper.
  • Top the chicken noodle cakes with bean sprouts and fresh coriander leaves before serving.
