Chicken and chorizo grill plate recipe

Succulent chicken and chorizo with grilled veggies for dipping in creamy hummus dip. Perfect for cozy sofa snacking!
Ingredients:
  • 500g Australian Chicken Thigh Fillets
  • 2 chorizo sausages, halved lengthways
  • 2 x 350g pkts Mediterranean Style Vegetable Grill Mix
  • 4 pieces flatbread
  • 200g Hommus Dip
Instructions:
  • Preheat a chargrill to medium-high heat. Coat the chicken and chorizo with olive oil spray. Grill in batches, turning occasionally, for about 5 minutes until fully cooked. Plate and cover to keep warm.
  • Spritz vegetables with olive oil spray. Grill for 2 minutes per side until charred. Transfer to a plate. Grill bread for 1 minute per side until charred.
  • Slice the chorizo and chicken into thick pieces. Serve alongside a variety of fresh vegetables, crusty bread, and a flavorful dip.
