Whip up a delicious chicken and rice casserole with just a few simple ingredients: chicken breasts, rice, French onion soup mix, and cream of mushroom soup.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup white rice
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 (1 ounce) package French onion soup mix
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect temperature to start cooking.
  • 1. Arrange the rice evenly in a casserole dish. Place the chicken breasts on top of the rice. Sprinkle the French onion soup mix over the chicken and pour the cream of mushroom soup over everything. Cover the dish with aluminum foil.
  • Bake in a preheated oven for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the chicken is cooked through.
