Delicious and simple parcels that are also entertaining to create!
Ingredients:
  • 1 bunch English spinach, trimmed, roughly chopped
  • 250g Free Range Chicken Mince
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 30 (275g packet) gow gee wrappers
Instructions:
  • Wash spinach under cold water, then drain and place in a microwave-safe dish. Cover and microwave on high for 1 to 2 minutes until wilted. Transfer spinach to a sieve to drain excess liquid.
  • 1. Combine spinach, minced meat, garlic, and soy sauce in a large bowl. Mix well. 2. Lay wrappers on a clean, flat surface. Spoon 2 teaspoons of the mince mixture onto one half of each wrapper. 3. Brush edges of the wrappers with cold water. 4. Fold the wrappers over to cover the filling, pressing the edges together firmly to seal. 5. Place the sealed dumplings on a tray lined with baking paper.
  • Place a steamer lined with baking paper over simmering water. Steam the dumplings in batches for 15 minutes or until tender and fully cooked. Serve hot.
