Elevate lunch with tasty low-fat chicken wraps.
Ingredients:
  • 35g (1/2 cup) carrot, coarsely grated
  • 35g (1/3 cup) cheddar, coarsely grated
  • 80g (3/4 cup) skinless cooked chicken, shredded
  • 125g can sweet corn kernels, drained
  • 6 butter lettuce leaves, washed, dried
  • 5.50 gm sweet chilli sauce
Instructions:
  • Combine carrot, cheddar, chicken, and corn in a medium bowl. Mix well. Spoon the chicken mixture onto lettuce leaves. Optional: Drizzle chili sauce over each wrap. Roll up and enjoy.
