Preheat the oven to 200°C. Bake the pide on a baking tray for about 10 minutes until it turns light brown and crisp.
Heat a large non-stick frying pan over high heat. Sear the chicken for 2 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Slice the chicken thickly across the grain and transfer to a plate.
In the same pan, cook the bacon over medium heat for about 3 minutes until crispy and golden brown. Transfer the cooked bacon to a plate lined with paper towel and roughly chop it.
In a large bowl, toss together chicken, bacon, lettuce, and pide. Drizzle with dressing, sprinkle with parmesan, and serve right away.
