Cheesy chicken-chili casserole with layers of creamy goodness.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups shredded, cooked chicken meat
  • 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chiles
  • 1 onion, finely diced
  • 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 8 (10 inch) flour tortillas
Instructions:
  • Heat your oven to a delightful 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a medium bowl, mix together the soups, chicken, green chiles, onion, and sour cream. Let it sit for later.
  • Tear tortillas into bite-sized pieces and create the first layer in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Add a layer of the chicken mixture followed by cheddar cheese. Repeat layering twice more, ensuring the final layer is cheese. Bake in a preheated oven for approximately an hour, then serve.
