Create a quick and delicious Asian chicken noodle dish in just 20 minutes - a family favorite!
Ingredients:
  • 18.40 gm vegetable oil
  • 500g Chicken Mince
  • 1 brown onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 10.00 gm curry powder
  • 100g broccoli, cut into small florets, halved
  • 1 carrot, peeled, halved lengthways, sliced diagonally
  • 100g cup mushrooms, thickly sliced
  • 125ml chicken stock
  • 80ml oyster sauce
  • 20.80 gm tomato sauce
  • 440g pkt ready-to-use Singapore noodles
  • 40g pea
  • 200g Chinese cabbage (wombok), chopped
  • 1 spring onion, thinly sliced diagonally
  • 3.00 gm sesame seeds, toasted
Instructions:
  • First, heat a generous amount of oil in a large frying pan or wok over high heat. Next, add the chicken, brown onion, and garlic. Cook and stir for 5 minutes until the chicken is browned. Then, mix in the curry powder. Finally, add the broccoli, carrot, and mushroom. Cook for an additional 3 minutes until the veggies start to soften. Enjoy your flavorful creation!
  • Pour in the rich and savory stock, along with flavorful oyster sauce, tangy tomato sauce, and the chewy noodles. Let it all simmer for 2 minutes. Toss in the vibrant peas and crunchy cabbage, cooking just until the cabbage gently wilts.
  • Garnish the chicken chow mein with fresh spring onions and toasted sesame seeds before serving.
