Chicken chow mein

Satisfy your craving for delicious chow mein at home with this easy recipe!
Ingredients:
1garlicclove, crushed
500g chicken tenderloin, sliced
20.00 ml sweet sherry
5.00 gm cornflour
36.40 gm peanut oil
2 tsp gratedginger
100g green beans, sliced
4green onions, sliced
500.00 ml shreddedcabbage
40.00 ml ketcap manis
40.80 gm chicken style liquid stock
100g packet dried crunchy chow mein noodles, to serve (see note)
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix together chicken, sherry, and cornflour. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
1. Heat a wok over high heat until sizzling. Add 3 teaspoons of oil and swirl to coat. Cook half of the chicken until golden, about 2 minutes. Transfer to a plate. Repeat with the remaining chicken using more oil.
In a wok, heat the remaining 2 teaspoons of oil until shimmering. Add garlic, ginger, beans, and onions, and stir-fry for 1 minute. Next, add chicken, cabbage, ketcap manis, and stock, and stir-fry for 2 minutes until cabbage is wilted. Serve with noodles.
