Family-friendly chicken noodle meatballs perfect for kids!
Ingredients:
  • 220g packet thin hokkien noodles
  • 350g chicken breast mince
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium carrot, grated
  • 100g mushroom
  • 44.00 gm sweet chilli sauce
  • 165.00 ml dried multigrain breadcrumbs
  • 36.80 gm canola oil
  • Sweet chilli sauce, to serve
Instructions:
  • Place noodles in a large heatproof bowl and cover with boiling water. Let stand for 5 minutes until just tender. Drain and refresh under cold water. Cut noodles into 5cm lengths using kitchen scissors, then return to the bowl.
  • Combine the mince, onion, carrot, mushroom, sauce, and breadcrumbs with the noodles and mix well. Shape tablespoons of the mixture into balls and place them on a plate.
  • In a hot frying pan, cook balls in batches, turning occasionally, for 6 to 7 minutes until golden and fully cooked. Enjoy with sweet chilli sauce.
