Kid-friendly pot pie made with biscuit dough and canned soup for a deliciously simple meal.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (10.75 ounce) cans cream of potato soup
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1.3333333730698 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 4 cups frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
  • 2 cups diced cooked chicken
  • 1 (10 count) package refrigerated biscuit dough, separated and cut into quarters
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Combine cream of potato soup, cream of chicken soup, milk, Italian seasoning, and ground black pepper in a large bowl. Add in mixed vegetables and chicken, then gently fold in biscuit dough until coated. Transfer the mixture into a 13x9-inch baking dish.
  • Bake in a hot oven until the mixture is bubbly and the dough is golden brown, for about 30 to 35 minutes.
