Kid-friendly chicken sang choy bow bites, a fun and hands-on dish without the need for utensils!
Ingredients:
  • 18.40 gm vegetable oil
  • 700g chicken mince
  • 150g capsicum
  • 150g button mushrooms, chopped finely
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 3 green onions, chopped finely
  • 48.80 gm oyster sauce
  • 42.00 gm soy sauce
  • 43.20 gm hoisin sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 160g bean sprout
  • 100g packet fried crunchy noodles
  • 8 large iceberg lettuce leaves
  • 2 green onions, sliced thinly, extra
Instructions:
  • In a heated wok, stir-fry chicken in oil until it changes color.
  • Combine vibrant capsicum, hearty mushrooms, and aromatic garlic in the pan. Sauté until the veggies are perfectly tender.
  • Combine the chopped onion, sauces, and sesame oil in the skillet and stir-fry until the chicken is fully cooked. Take the skillet off the heat and mix in the sprouts and noodles.
  • Arrange crisp, fresh lettuce leaves on serving plates. Fill each leaf generously with the flavorful chicken mixture and top it off with a generous sprinkle of sliced onion for added crunch and flavor.
