Delicious chicken stuffed shells using leftover roasted chicken for an easy and satisfying meal loved by the whole family. Great as leftovers!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (6 ounce) package dry bread stuffing mix
  • 1 (12 ounce) package jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 2 (14 ounce) cans chicken broth
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pinch garlic powder
  • 1 whole cooked chicken, boned and shredded
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and follow the package instructions to prepare the stuffing.
  • 1. Boil a large pot of gently salted water. Add pasta shells and cook for 8 to 10 minutes until they are al dente. Drain well.
  • Combine creamy celery and chicken soups in a saucepan with chicken broth. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook and stir for 5 minutes until heated through.
  • Combine the chicken with the stuffing in a bowl, then stuff the cooked pasta shells with the mixture and place them in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Pour the soup over the shells and cover the dish with foil before baking.
  • Bake until golden and bubbly in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
